Interesting but sites like MFP use very sound advice and everyone's health status is different. Low carb and smart carbs is the best way to eat but this almost pushes the high protein and fat diets that are dangerous for many. Kidney damage and high cholesterol levels will occur in the healthiest "looking" people.

I do a lot of bodybuilding. This article is trying to help people who want to get into the gym and life weights. And no bodybuilders do not have high cholesterol and kidney problems-unless they are doing it completely wrong lol. They have the healthiest looking bodies and their bodies are also very healthy because if you do it correctly it will balance out. If you do bodybuilding and don't eat enough protein you will hurt yourself very badly. This is just an article I wanted to share to help people who are interested in getting into the gym and toning up their bodies using weights. Some people can do a little bit of cardio and eat 1200 calories and be fine but for those who want to make a commitment to lifting weights this is for them0
