Starting an intense 2 week weight loss extravaganza. I will be trying super hard to eat 1200 calories everyday and only home cooked healthy meals with mainly protein and veggies and fruits as well as very little processed foods and tons of water everyday. Also I am going to try something different, NO GYM. Instead I will be using the track at school running and sprinting and doing squats, lunges, abs, push-ups, etc. to tone up. And I'm going to allow myself 2 cheat meals during the next two weeks. I know this is going to be really hard I am hoping to lose 5 pounds in the next two weeks.

If anyone has any other suggestions please let me know! Thanks.

Log, log, log! Make sure you enter everything you eat in drink and your food diary. Also enter all exercises in your exercise diary. Everyone will have a different opinion on this, but I would recommend eating back at least 50% of your exercise calories earned every day. You will want to watch your NET calories and stay as close to 1,200 calories as you can. Staying at just 1,200 calories total (not NET) and I don't believe you will see as big of results as would by keeping your body fueled. Also drink plenty of water. Woohoo!!! You can do this and I'll be cheering you on!
