Why I can't over eat

Just look at the people in Africa who are suffering while we are sitting in our homes with a fully stocked fridge and pantry and the ac unit blowing at full speed. These refugees haven't had any food or water and have traveled through the dessert for days. It is too hard for me to indulge in food after seeing what these people are forced to suffer through
