  • ok, my one year promo is up with Edge. Been checking out LA Fitness. They're chain doesn't look too bad. They do have the perks of a swimming pool, sauna, and hot tub to help relax your muscles after a workout. Locations aren't as much, but for Hamden, I heard it isn't too far from the Edge.   • I personally go to the Edge Fitness chain. They're pretty good for the value. Most of their group exercise classes are free and included with the monthly dues, which is a nice perk.
