I have mixed things up a bit - alternated each day between w2 and w3 until I had completed all w2s and then started alternating between 3 and 4 - think I only have one w3 session and 3 w4 sessions…
  • I did Chalean Extreme at the start of this year - I bought a set of dumbell weights with three sizes of weights - 0.5, 1.25 and 2.5Kg wieghts (about 1,3 and 5.5lbs) .   • Woof - Wk2 Day 6 in the bag. Been mixing it up with a couple of days from Wk3 - really glad I did as I don't think that I could do two Wk3s in a row! Wk3 is the first that I have had to do nearly all the modifiers, so I'm dreading Wk4!! But I suppose I thought that Wk2 was tough until I tried 3...now its a walk in the park…
  • Happy Thanksgiving to all our US friends! I have to admit I slacked yesterda - started to do Level one, got halfway through the first strength section and gave up...I just needed a day off!. So made up for it by doing D6W1 (But I did 2 days of w2 earlier in the week to mix it up a bit..)
