Level 2 day 3 - in total 11 days in. Glad that I mixed it up between 1 and 2 cos I have now increased the weights in level 2 to be the same as 1. I fancied a change - so did my Day 7 as Level...boy did that work up a sweat! Think I will alternate between Level 1 and 2 for the next few days for a bit of variety. I just can't believe that we have all just about completed the first week - congratulations to all and hang on in there - this is going to be worth it!!

Day 5 Level one - complete! Also did 1200 m swimming, and took the dog for two big muddy walks! I've earned myself a wee treat.. Anyone else spotted Natalie (? Hard girl) cheating in the lunge and curl exercise? Guess when you have a body like that you can afford to cheat every now and then ;) !

I never manged to do my d3 yesterday- was working away and left raiser than usual and got home a whole lot later. But got up early this morning, and have swam 900m and am motivated to do two shreds tonight.. Can't wait!!

Day 2 in the bag. Stayed with level 1, but upped the weights to 6lbs rather than the 4 I did yesterday. Except with the straight arm lifts cos they're a killer on 4 anyways!!
