P90X for women?

Hey folks. I just took the P90X fit test and passed everything pretty easily.

The test can be found here: http://www.decidetostayfit.com/p90xFitTest.pdf

My husband's army buddies have done this workout for their PT training for quite some time, and it looks great. I'd like to hear from WOMEN who have done this program and what you think about it. Did you find it too challenging for you? What did you think of it?

I completed the p90x lean routine last week. The time commitment was huge - at least an hour a day, 6 days a week. But there is a good mix of cardio, strength and stretching. I didn't lose as much weight as I thought I might with the amount if exercising I was doing (Chalean extreme seemed better for weight loss, but I may be at that point now where I've less to lose!) but I am so much fitter than I started out. It has made a huge difference to my strength and especially my cardio ability. The lean routine places more of an emphasis on cardio, but I think I may do the full blown p90x next time, and get my cardio some other way. Give it a bash- if you like a good workout, you'll love this!!

Good to know. I am a little concerned about the difficulty level. I'm in okay shape but not good. I know I passed the fit test, but it was rather easy.
