  • I'm 5'4" and have lost 30 pounds since January. My goal as of eight now is 140 so I have 10 more pounds to go to get there.
  • I recently changed mine and am trying to eat my BMR every day.
  • I too weigh in pretty much every day - curious how what I ate the previous day affects my weight and such. I always record whatever my weight is here on MFP. Sometimes it goes up, sometimes down, but no matter what it is I record it. But for the group I weigh in with I only use my Monday weight. I always weigh myself first…
  • I have cut nothing from my diet, I just limit how much I have - one potion or less usually, but still eat whatever I want and track it all
  • 29.4 pounds as of this morning? Only 10.4 pounds to my goal weight
  • Thanks! :) going to be hard to start eating more again :) I've been netting 1100-1250 lately, but food calories have been around 1300, okay, so I guess it won't be too hard, just have to add a little something else in ;) :)
  • Seeing if I have this correct BMR = 1397 1397*1.3 = 1816 (that's the number I set my calorie goal for, right?) 1397+1000=2397-1816=581 And the goal is to keep your green number between 500-1000 each day? Right? Thanks! :)
  • Bumping so it's added to my list for future reference :) going to defintely try it!
  • I was on the pill before kids and am on it again, it's never caused any weight issues for me. I think it all depends on the woman and how her body reacts to it. Before kids I was able to lose weight and maintain and when I initially started the pill my weight never changed. Same this time around too.
  • Reading these posts makes me wonder if I would fit into a smaller size than 12s! Some of you who seem maybe a similar body shape to mine are in 10s! Though I have a couple 12s that are too snug - actually have 2 pairs of jeans, exactly the same in every way, one fits comfortably, the other I can barely get buttoned! Might…
  • I just started level 3 and I only do the shred on Monday's Wednesday's and Fridays. I've lost 7 pounds and inches off my waist and hips just doing it 3 days a week.
  • http://www.momsintofitness.com/dvds/lindsay-brin-complete-pregnancy-fitness-program Those are great pregnancy exercise DVDs, and love her postnatal boot camp too for after baby comes :)
  • I am on Previfem, it is a same dosage pill for the whole 3 weeks. I had been on a tri-pill where each week was a different level of hormone strength, but I didn't like how that pill made me feel plus I felt like I had a lot more cravings on that pill as compared to this one - the tri-pill made my stomach feel awful for the…
  • I have a Polar FT4 - love it, super comfortable to wear. Bought mine on amazon.com, wasn't too expensive either.
  • I have a Polar FT4 and love it - the watch and chest strap are both very comfortable to wear :)
  • Level 2 certainly is harder! Wow! My upper arms and thighs are so sore already - I did L2 this afternoon. It hurts, but that's a good thing :) I'll take it ;) :) hoping to continue to get better at it as I go on which, judging from how L1 got a little easier as time went on I'm sure L2 (might) will too :)
  • 5'4" goal weight right now is 140
  • I am only doing it Monday's Wednesday's and Fridays and other things Tuesday's and Thursday's. Should still be effective :)
  • I am 165 and wear a size 14 (though they are getting loose now). Before kids I was 150 and wore some 10s but mostly 12s. But then you have my mom who is in low 140s and still has to wear 12s. Edited to add I am 5'4"
  • My weigh in day is Friday's, but I usually weigh myself Tuesday or Wednesday as well. Like today, I am up 1.3 pounds from Friday, yet again, which is what happened last week too. We tend to be more 'lazy' about our eating on the weekends for some reason, I still haven't figured out exactly why its like this. Its not like…

  • Oh yes, I have also do the Walk The Walk DVD before, I have the one where you do either 1 mile or 2 miles all inside, that I can do while my son is up, he sometimes tries to do it with me :)
  • I have a 3 year old son and a 5 month old daughter. I exercise while my son is napping, my daughter is usually in a happy mood then from having a full tummy or is napping as well. http://www.momsintofitness.com/dvds/lindsay-brin-postnatal-boot-camp that is the workout DVD I have been doing, post natal bootcamp. And you…
  • I got bad migraines in between my pregnancies, had trouble holding onto a baby before my daughter and was given progesterone to take from ovulation on, then stop if I wasn't pregnant. The months I took the progesterone and was not pregnant I never had any migraines! Since my daughter was born I have had them off and on…

  • I get 1200 calories per day I am 5'4" And as of this morning 170.2 pounds My exercising is very sporadic but when I do exercise I do make sure to eat all (or close to all) of the calories burned from exercising, which is normally at most 250
  • Didn't write my post too clear I guess. As of right now I have around 30 pounds I want to loose to get to my goal weight :) Thanks for being willing to be my friend on here! :)
  • I have had 2 c sections. One in 2007 and the other this past October. Definitely working on trying to get the pooch down. Definitely there more after the second baby.
  • I am working on loosing the baby weight too. Had an extra 20 pounds on me when I got pregnant with #2 (she is almost 4 months old) from when I got pregnant with #1 (he is 3 years old). @rebekah_anne81 - I just have to ask, is Rebekah Anne your name and 81 your birth year?? If so, we share a name and birth year. I am…
