I am 5'4" and weigh around 159 pounds and currently wear a size 12 in pants (though some 10s fit and have had to go up to a 14 in some pieces) and mostly Large for shirts, though some medium's fit well now too :)

I am 156 pounds right now and 5'4" as well, I am a medium or large top and my pants are 12s and some 10s fit too. I know when I've been closer to 150 (pre-kids) I was wearing pretty much all 10s. Been too long since I've been 140 to know/remember what size that was :)

Thank you! Maybe I'll try 1600 calories for a week here and see how that goes and then go a little higher until I reach the 1798 calories a day.....

I am 32 years old, 5'4", currently slightly over 156 pounds, and I wear mostly 12s in pants, though some 10s fit me - it just depends on the style and such. I also wear a size medium and large in shirts (again, depends on the style and cut as to which size fits the best right now)

I'm giving up snacking. Going to only eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. I enjoy snacking and so this will be a sacrific for me to do and will be hard!

I'm 5'4", started at 180, currently 150 and a size 10/12. My goal is 140, may go lower than that, but for now that is my goal as then I will be at the upper end of the healthy/normal BMI range. I have no clue the last time I was under 150!

I started this method last week and from last Monday to this morning I lost 2.5 pounds :) I have been eating as close to my BMR every day as I can, which right now is 1386 calories.

I agree sizes are so weird! I actually still have a pair of size 14 pants that are just now not too snug to wear. And have two pairs of the exact same jeans - same size, same style, same evening - one fits comfortably and the other fits but not as loose in the waist a the other is!

I was a tight 14 (probably was more of a 16 but I refused to buy new clothes) and am now a 10/12 in pants I was wearing a L/XL shirts and now mostly M with some L's thrown in there too (edited to fix typo)
