ChaLean Extreme Burn Phase Results...

I have really enjoyed doing ChaLean, moreso than any other exercise videos I have ever done! Can definitely see myself sticking with her for a long time
Stats when I started Chalean Extreme Burn Phase...and...after completing the Burn Phase
Weight 156.4 pounds......155.6 pounds...... -0.8 pounds
Body Fat: 37.3%......36.8%...... -0.5%
Chest: 34 inches......33.5 inches...... -0.5 inches
Bust: 42 inches......41.75 inches...... -0.25 inches
Natural Waist: 34.5 inches......34 inches...... -0.5 inches
Belly Button: 38 inches......37.5...... -0.5 inches
Midway: 41 inches......40.75 inches...... -0.25 inches
Hips: 41 inches......40.5 inches...... -0.5 inches
Right Upper Arm: 12 inches......11.5 inches...... -0.5 inches
Left Upper Arm: 12 inches......11.5 inches...... -0.5 inches
Right Forearm: 10.5 inches......10 inches...... -0.5 inches
Left Forearm: 10.5 inches......10 inches...... -0.5 inches
Right Thigh: 22 inches......21.5 inches...... -0.5 inches
Left Thigh: 22 inches......22 inches...... -0 inches

Total inches of change: 5.25 inches
Not a whole lot of change, but it is some. I will admit, I had hoped for a little more, but hey I will certainly take any I can get And I can tell I am stronger and clothes that didn't fit are now fitting and/or clothes are fitting better than they had! Note: I have lost more inches in places since starting to exercise a little more and watching my food intake, these measurements are only reflecting during the Burn Phase of ChaLean.
My weight has been up and down during this whole time, so trying to eat some more calories each day since I'm exercising more than I had been.
Now, I will admit, I do have some trouble measuring myself. I have scoliosis in my lower back (around a 40-42 degree curve) and it causes my right hip to be an inch higher than my left hip, so I have to watch where I put the measuring tape and on my right side it tends to be in a higher place than on my left when measuring my natural waist and belly button areas. My left leg tends to run bigger than my right leg.
Where I measure for certain measurements...
Chest: under the breasts
Natural Waist: where I bend when I bend to the right and to the left sides
Belly Button: around the belly button area, but the tape measure above my hip bones
Midway: the biggest part between my hips and belly button
Hips: the biggest part around that area
Upper Arms: the biggest part
Forearm: slightly below my elbows
Thighs: where they are the biggest
Knees: right above the knee bone
Saturday starts the Push Phase, so excited to see some more results!

Those are great results! I've read that it's Lean where you see the most difference in your body.
I'm currently on Burn week 2 and I absolutely LOVE it too. Such an awesome programme.

I did not lose a lot during the Burn phase either but about the second week of the Push phase and I saw major difference not so much in weight but in inches ( like three sizes) and I felt awesome.0

I started this before, and I lost a lot of inches. But unfortunately I stopped it when I got depressed when I found out that my mom had Ca. But I'm starting again this week. I've been yoyo dieting for awhile. And my goal for this year is to be healthy for my kids!0
