Chalean....

Just curious, those of you that have done Chalean Extreme - what kind of results have you gotten from it?

I started last Saturday and after my first week of Chalean (today is my rest day from her, so will just get some walking in to try to get to 10,000 steps)... Weight up 2 pounds from last Friday, measurements all the same from last Friday, but according to our scale my body fat percentage is down by 1.2% from last Friday, and looking back over my history it has never been this low :) so I was excited to see that at least :)

I know I read in a post on here about weight gain during the first week or two being normal, I'm guessing that will eventually start to come down?

I am Really enjoying Chalean, and it really is exercises I can see myself sticking with, excited to start week 2 tomorrow :)

    I Have not personally done this program. I have done P90X, working on Combat now, dabbled in Hip Hop Abs & Rev Abs. With any of the programs I have done I usually do gain the first couple weeks, but it is muscle and the pictures are really the best judge along with a tape measure. Good luck! Keep me posted!
