Same as above. Salads with tuna or chicken and olive oil. I totally depend on frozen veggies too. I'll grab a cup or two of brocolli or green beans and a leftover piece of meat - maybe I've precooked some chicken breast or hamburgers. It's so much about prepping!

More fat might help. Try adding in some coconut oil if you don't already use it. I used probiotics for a while, but they didn't help me.

Stronglifts 5x5. I agree gets boring quick, but you'll also see quick results. It might be a good one to get you back into the swing of things. And given the commitment you want to make it fits in well. Three days a week and then maybe 2 HIIT cardio sessions? I do sprints on treadmill.

Update - I seem to be doing a bit better. Still not doing any overhead moves on the left and no one-arm swings. When possible, I've been using 15# on the left and 25# on the right (except the alternating clean move, using 25 for both). Thanks for the tips! I always have issues on my right side between shoulder blade and spine - when I have massages and when I use my foam roller I try to get it worked out. Could be some sort of compensation deal that it's my left shoulder that's injured.
