  • 6" toasted wheat Subway Melt... yummy! Ham, turkey, chicken, bacon and cheese. I have it with bbq sauce and usually a packet of chilli doritos. Back in my early days of losing weight, this would be my treat meal once a week!
  • Started at 200, currently 157, aiming for 145.

  • I loooove a good cardio session! Makes you feel so good afterwards. I've not done any strength yet, going to just focus on the cardio until I reach my goal weight.. almost there!
  • Remember, you don't always have to eat healthily. A sudden calorie increase may seem bad but it'll give your metabolism a kick and actually help you lose the weight faster. I personally treated myself when I was out for a meal with friends and I've lost 42lbs since the beginning of December!

  • I was thinking perhaps the calories on my elliptical machine aren't correct - for example, in a minute on the elliptical on level 14 (the highest level) I can burn around 15 calories, however on the treadmill, I burn around 6-7 calories a minute.. despite it feeling like a LOT more effort.
