pork lettuce wraps Lightly brown lean ground pork in a non-stick pan with a little oil, add julienne carrots, red peppers, onions and water chestnuts. Cook until veggies are tender, throw in some terriyaki and soy sauces and serve on bibb lettuce leaves. Fast and delicious.

I cook some bacon (don't need much, one or two slices) leaving the fat, add shredded brussels sprouts (they loose some bitterness that way), and finely sliced onions, saute until cooked and at the end drizzle some balsamic over the top... now I want them....

I don't normally jump on these message boards but, this is a topic near and dear to me. There are a couple of things that you can do to cut fat. If you can find it, use cottage bacon, bacon made from the pork shoulder, not the belly. There is much less fat and it tastes as delicious. You could also use center cut bacon…
