  • I average about 8-10k steps a day. And obviously it depends on what activity i do that day on how many calories it gives me. Since there is definitely a margin of error for the amount of calories FitBit calculates for my burn, I usually only eat back about half. But I go off of how I feel.   • I really like Isopure low and no carb powders. They blend really well and taste really good. Lots of flavors to choose from but I like the creamy vanilla and the Colombian coffee flavors.
