Reporting late. Yes Xs three for 11/23. Lots of running errands and even went to a morning class to get a good workout in before Turkey day. I stayed well under my calorie goal and hopefully that will help with the abundance of calories over the next couple days.

Just now getting caught up on responding for the days over the holiday. I didnt log in to my computer and I had trouble getting time to report while family was in town.. 11/22 was Yes Xs 3. I cleaned all morning and tracked every bite. I was well under my calorie goal and even managed to hit 15K steps today.

Oh dear. Three yeses for me today but only because I danced the calories off. I went out for a friends birthday and ended up having a great time and paid for it Sunday. Let's just say my friend thought Tequila shots were a good idea and I played along. Ouch

Love the pictures! Today was rough! I nursed a hangover all day. But I still somehow managed to get a walk in and played with my son for a bit. I tracked every bite and stayed under my goal. Wasn't too hard since I didn't have much of an appetite... whoopsies

Exercise- yes but barely. I had to cram and the take a certification exam today so I didn't make it to the gym, but I walked. Calories/tracked? Yes, I thought I was going to have to take a pass but I managed to stay just under for the day.

Exercise- Oh yeah! I got frustrated t work so I took an extra long walk around the office building next to our campus for a change of scenery. I also made it to the gym and sweat my butt off. Calories? Stayed well under and that's even eating a brownie, my weakness. Tracked? Yep! B)

3 Yeses for 11/12 I set a personal record in one of the complex lifts. I did a 105 lbs on a clean and jerk. It took me 3 attempts but I got it. Followed that by a 15 min workout of pull ups push-ups and squats. I definitely paid for all of that today. So sore!

Great job y'all! Exercise? Yes, I got a CrossFit class in today. Lots of front squats, then a sprint exercise (100m x 10 with 30 sec break in between) Those sprints killed me. Then a short 10 min workout. Calories? Well under for the day. Tracked? Yep every bite!

Yes to all 3, but barely. I ate terribly today nutrition wise but stayed under my calorie goal. My soccer game was rained out :( but I did about 6 loads of laundry, played pretty actively with my kiddo, and got a couple body weight exercises in.
