Yeah I had the same concern with this challenge - while I love the idea of it and seeing the progress of doing more push ups than I ever have in one day in my life.... Done with day 9! I have been breaking up the lunges, push ups and crunches into a couple different sessions but I am SHOCKED by myself being able to do a steady 55 sec plank!!! I've never been able to do that long! :bigsmile:

I've got my day one done too!! Question on calories burned tho....when I logged these exercises on mfp under strength training, it didn't register the calories burned. Can anyone help me out with this?
