Wow, Thanks for all the tips guys. I'm really scared to be honest but I know I'll do it. My goal is just being able to finish it. If I can do it in 2:30 hours I'll be happy. If I can do it in 2:20 hrs I'll be shocked lol. Seriously thanks a bunch Cheers

Thank you guys, I've been running since early 2013 and ran few 5K and 10K races. Ussually I have my coffee and a banana half an hour before the gun. Last week I ran 20 km and it felt good but after finish it (10-15 min) I felt really weak. I did not eat anything before running so I'm guessing that's why. Thanks a lot Cheers

Don't be. Enjoy the ride you'll be fine. The race adrenaline is nice but try to pace yourself, you don't want to run out of gas before the finish line. And remember you are competing against yourself, there is gonna be always someone faster than you, but also slower :) Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy and enjoy your race. Take pictures…

I'm sorry you have these issues. I'm really surprised how many people have to take pills for depression. Is there anything else that can be done instead of having pills? Don't get me wrong please, I believe depression is bad but I was wondering if you can treat it with something else more "natural" if you like. I haven't…

Maybe is just me, but I really don't get when people say they can't eat 300 calories more. Man, a spoontable of Nutella is 100 cal, give me a break. I think is all BS. I wonder how they got fat, seriously

I'm in for answers. I'm doing it too, this is my second week but just yesterday I hurt my lower back deadlifting. What about the resting days? Can I do the workout in 4 days in a row? Cheers and thanks a lot

I hate both but I do both becasue I believe it is important for your health. One thing that I have noticed is that every time I stop running my blood pressure goes to the roof. It only take me a week of running to lower it to normal levels so I guess is something that I would have to do for the rest of my life or untill my…

Yeap, been there done that. I've been fat all my life. If you see pictures of me when I was little and cute I was fat. Always struggle with my weight and measures but thanks god never with the girls :). Anyhow my first serious attempt to lose weight was back in 1997. I lost 20 Kilos but I was starving myself. Seriously,…

Fricking awesome dude. I like running too and as you "I couldn't run a bath" early this year. I've running 5k races and be running an 8K race in two weeks but I haven't had the sphericals to go for a half marathon. You definitely has inspired me so I'm gonna give it a try next year. Kudos to you bro

Saving for later. I'm about to star maintenance

This is so useful dude. I live in Calgary and our winter is pretty similar to Alaska. Super cold and dry. I'm thinking of running the winterstart race in Banff but wasn't sure because of the low temperatures. I used to be ok with winter but now that I have lost a significant amount of weight (natural insulation lol) I'm…

Hi, I'm a male 5'8" and my weight is around 205 lbs. I usually do between 60-75% of what Shaun T does. My burn is between 300-400 Kcal for the 40 min workout Hope it helps Ps: Your burn highly depends on the intensity and your stats Edited to include my gender :)
