biggest loser is challenging but you need a heart rate monitor because the calories burnt is out of check i recently done a post about biggest loser for wii quite A few people have been dissapointed with this game also

leslie sansone :-) you get a good workout for half an hour in teh 2 mile one really good for heavier people as there isn't to much pressure put on joints etc

you cant pick and choose think it just goes from where it likes once its down a bit then do some core work

idoan hours walk to and from dropping my daughter to school but i really dont see that as a sweat high cardio burn so i try and fit another 20 mins or so in everyday weekends are worst for me cos i have lil one at home

i think its stuck or has a fault cos i set it to 0 workout and its saying i should still eat 3600 maybe i should refer it to tech support

They say the first loss will be big due to water weight then the amount goes down so i wouldn't worry to much x i only lost 1lb on my first week this is my second week due my second week weigh in tomo :-)

I don't mind the exercises though they do give you a good burn and a good sweat they just dont sync very well it may as well just be a dvd
