i do suffer it to it feels like all the ime the only time i dont seem to bloat is when i am on my period... and unfortunatley that only lasts three days . I get the raw end of the deal though as i ovulate only 4-5 days after my period ( so i start the bloating process soon after again) because i have a short menstrual…

This also happens to me i'm at 5lb at the minute makes me wanna give up ... i don't over eat by more than 300 calories but i eat a load of crap a week before my period and sometimes during ovulation time :-(

i've changed it to lose 1lb a week and its given me 1680 thats more like it ... crap that i cant lose more than a lb a week though :-(

but if i quit counting what i burn on my long day i would be in starvation mode surely ? i have 1200 calories and burn 1000 straight off ? giving me just 200 calories worth of food after its burnt off for that day ?

I've set it on active and it's still only giving me 1200 calories yet i will burn that in one day on my 6 hour shift ?

it sounds like your body has got used to bad food and gotten into a hormonal pattern thats kept your skin cleaner, now your dieting the hormones are changing and the toxins are finally releasing, you should see it clear up in a month or so

i noticed it has slowed down a bit so i think with the goal i am on now i am not eating enough , 16lbs isnt much when you think about it if its the last of your weight , it would possibly take 2 months to lose that at maximum weight loss i would like to tone alot more x

at 189 i was in a uk 16 think thats a us 18 ? ) but could get in a 14 if there was some stretch

I'm withthis person on this one i can gain 3-4lbs around this time for a week or two and i hate weigh in time it feels like i haven't done anything when i see it go back up, also my tom is every 21 days so it seems i only get a week of normal weight

its all about seeing whats right for you eatting back exercise cals works for some people some people find only eatting half back and other people find they cant eat them back and lose i am the last one unfortunatley :-(

i'd stop weighing regular i was doing the same but then switched to only weighing myself once a fortnight because i would get upset when it fluctuated up and down x

yes i do cardio and sometimes exercise at about 8pm
