I don't think it's too soon to change your goals to 1 lb or 0.5 lb a week. 2 lbs per week is kind of unrealistic for people who do not have very much weight left to lose. I changed my goals to 0.5 lbs a few weeks ago and seem to be losing more consistently now and I have about 16 pounds or so left as well.0

i noticed it has slowed down a bit so i think with the goal i am on now i am not eating enough , 16lbs isnt much when you think about it if its the last of your weight , it would possibly take 2 months to lose that at maximum weight loss i would like to tone alot more x0

I'm not sure if this works or not, but I read an article (and now I forget where I saw it) about eating at your goal weight maintenance to lose the last remaining pounds. I'm curious to see if anyone else has tried this method. The idea I like about it is that you already know what you need to eat and portion sizes once you hit maintenance because you have been doing it for awhile.0

I'm gonna give it a few weeks see what happens :-)0
