Agree with the above... ^^^. All people worry about what they look like and I don't think anyone really looks at you like you think they do. Get the suit on and go. Don't you dare miss the beach with your kids or sunning with your friends because you are afraid of what you look like.

You have just summed up so much....how so much disease is fixable by a little willpower.... and how our country has succumbed to trillions of meds when we just need to be better stewards of our bodies. I have lost #30 and have also vowed never to be over 200 lbs ever again. I am a nurse and have just wanted to shake people…

It's not too late to make changes that will impact you AND your daughter! You're off to a great start! If you're at all competitive, make it a game to stay under your calorie goals for the day and log EVERYTHING. Such a wakeup call for me. Tough it out for three weeks and then you'll bust a bunch of old habits. I love to…

I made a cauliflower potato salad with egg, mustard and (optional) bacon. It was good as a cold salad....I didn't have the Carb Mash or whatever, but just trusted my potato salad instincts....! http://lowcarbdiets.about.com/od/soupsandsalads/r/cauliflowrsalad.htm Lots of cauliflower recipes! :)
