I saw this after last Friday morning, and that is when I weigh in, so I put down starting weight and today's weight as the same,, I wasn't sure if I should have put last Fridays weight,,,up for the challenge,,,need this for the extra motivation,,thanks

Doing pretty well for the month of may,,,journaled every day, and walk almost every day,,started kettlebell this week.how about you,,,

I don't do fb every day, But I am really glad I started doing MFp every day,,,it REALLY does keep me on track,, I am really enjoying it as well as it has really helped me stay more focused on being healthy

Yup, I am tracking to ensure I keep track of health,,,if a device or website helps me stay healthy..why not. ????

I'm not giving up my fruit,,,I do have sugar from apples and oranges,,,but otherwise very little sugar and walking everyday ,, just tracking every day has really helped me

I'm trying to get off the scale everyday but haven't been able to break the habit,,, I think Monday is important because it keeps weekend in check, but I know I am always at my lowest on Friday mornings

i started a couple of months ago and did well in march and april,,,been at a bit of a plateau since may 1st, so i need to kick it up a notch and do something not only do i not like looking in the mirror,,,i tried on some clothes and got a three way mirror view,,,yikes,,,i need to kick up may and june,,,,i'm in it to do it…

I'm still new to MVP,, haven't done a challenge like this, but can really use it,, and I hope this can keep me motivated to move the butt,,,, I have been good about walking since end of march, but Ned to add something like this to it,,,, will there be instructions of what to do each day?

I drive myself crazy with this same problem,,,weigh in once a week only,,don't make yourself crazy, just go back to doing the healthy stuff and you will be great

for work i have amazing thermos double insulated that keeps it super hot for long periods of time,,but my go to mug says "i rather be drinking a beer"

I have really gotten rid of most of sugar that is not in fruit or veggies,,,I know it is important to watch my sugar and I think I have done well, I just don't want to eliminate carrots , apples etc,, they r just to good and they keep me off the junk

Glad you are feeling well,, ok I'm in my sugar IF you don't count whole fruit,, otherwise I'm so far out,,,not sure how I really want to proceed with it, blood test tomorrow ,,wait and see how all my levels come back, very interested to see my results

You are doing a great job,,makes it all seem possible,,,it's like they say, I didnt gain it all in one week, so not going to lose it all in one week. I know if I drop a pound each week I will be 50pounds healthier at year end
