I just started Primal this week. I've noticed I don't want to nap at my desk and am not completely wiped out by the end of the day. I haven't really craved any sweets either.

How to you log your exercise for P90X here on MFP? I mean, there's nothing listed for P90, so what would I use instead to track it?

Nice job! I am still on week one. Took yesterday off - had very sore muscles because I lifted weights and did resistance one the same day. Also, never skip cold start when doing cardio! It hurts. Lol

43 this year. Just started 22 Minute Hard Corps. Cold Start, Cardio 1 and Core 1. Didn't have time to finish Core this morning but will do it after work. Nice to meet you all!!

I have the app on my iPhone and it wanted me to start with 45 pounds for the squats. I changed it to 20 pounds, since my bar weighs nothing. I walk almost every day. Today, I am going to start training for a 5k that's coming up in May. I meant to start training before now, but things happen sometimes! I have this app on my phone called Ease Into 5K. Wish me luck!
