Day 2 done and man my stomach is sore from D1L3. This is the first time it has been sore from these videos. It feels good. :)

Day 7 done. Are anybody else's shins killing them? It seems to only be when I start to jump rope is when the shins are really in pain. I can finish the jumping ropes but after that my shins are dead. It even hurts to walk 20-30 minutes after the workout. Hmm....never had this problem before and it started up yesterday.

Thank you, everyone! That sure does help. That is my other main concern is that I'm putting in the right amount of exercise per week when calculating my TDEE. We are half way there! I finished Day 5 of Level 2 this morning. It was pretty hard but not as bad as prior days.

That's great! I'm doing 30DS and am in the same situation as you almost. I'm on Level 2 day 5 and no weight loss yet. Today is the 15 day marker so I will take measurements and pics and see if I see a difference. Anyway, great job! This was motivating!

I am new to this group but was with another 30DS group and I ended up being the only who would post to say they did a day. So I am liking all the posts on here much more. I finished Level 2 Day 4 this morning. Been going at 30DS alone thus far so I hope I can encourage you all and I can get some back :) Thanks!

Day 12 is done! I hate when I wait til the afternoons to do this because I think about when im gonna do it and how much I don't want to do it sometimes. Sticking to early morning workouts is best for me. Holy cow some of those plank exercises kill my arms too!

Day 1 of Level 2 was hard...very, very hard on my shoulders and upper arms. Oh and I need a bit more room to jump like a crazy person in my room.

It's a workout video that you can find on Youtube by Jillian Michaels. You do Level 1 for ten days consecutive and then Level 2 for ten days in a row, and then Level 3 for another ten days.
