Day 13 of 30
Today was THE hardest day so far for me. I wanted to quit half way through the video. I am adjusting and trying to find some motivation to do the next 7 days of it. On a better note, it is 2 days away from weigh-in day and also 2 days away from the 15 day marker for myself.

What happens with too much protein?
I have been on MFP for a couple weeks tracking my food and have noticed that I'm almost always over on my protein suggestion. I just finished Day 10. I have kicked the 3lbers to the side and have been using 5 lb for everything except I use an 8lb for one of the exercises. Day 1 of 30
I just got done with Day 1 of Julliane's 30DS. It was really hard but I finished it. Definitely took more than a couple breaks. It is going to be hard to stick to it for 30 days straight but I know I have some support! :) Has anyone else done day 1 or further down the road with this video? Comments about it?
