I just finished Day 10. I have kicked the 3lbers to the side and have been using 5 lb for everything except I use an 8lb for one of the exercises. Couldn't do that the first couple days so I am happy about that.
I also for the first time started to really try to remember to engage my core in everything I was doing. I am going to do Day 10 over again tomorrow because I missed Day 2.
