It is definitely 30 day shred day today - I finished level 2 day 10 this morning and just completed level 3 day one this evening. I need to watch the video again to make sure I get the moves right. Level 3 definitely tougher and more challenging, broke out in a good sweat....but it is all for a good cause :) Keep going...
WOW - Made it to day 30 :) Just finished the 30 day shred. It has been challenging but interesting to see if I could handle the workout. Well I was back to yelling at Jillian again today as I did my first day of Level 2! Lol!!! I do have to say though that even though it was harder then Level 1 I was able to keep up!! Also this level seems to be much harder on the abs as I am feeling it now but never really felt much of a burn on level 1 so Im loving that!…

Ok so I'm doing ripped in 30 rather than the shred. Basically the same, 3/2/1 4 levels and you do it for 5 or 6 days and then move up. Moved up to level 2 and OMG that was a difference! I don't even understand some of those moves and I clearly need better co-ordination but at least I did it....right? :huh:
