Level 2...Day 4 OMG

Unlike most of you I stick with a level of 30DS for more than 10 days. I stayed on level one of 30DS for almost 4 weeks. Just moved up to level 2 on Monday and have done it for 4 days now. OMG...level 2 is kicking my butt!!!!! It is a little sad to think I was doing so well on level one only to move up to level 2 and feel like I just started for the very first time but I know it's good for the change up. Can't let your body get comfortable doing the same thing for too long. My endurance will pick up after some time but DANG! I keep telling myself that I've done it before and I can do it again. Level 2 is very hard on the knees. My knees have not started hurting too bad yet but from past experience I know it's coming.

Gr8 I did level 1 for Day 10 or so then moved to level 2 & now its the 14th day i guess & wil move to level 3 tomorrow
keep up the good work but be careful abt ur knees0
