Yey!! Completed level 2 of the 30 day shred.
Am planning to try day one of level 3 tonight....10 more to go.

    Keep going....it will be a nice achievement to finish the whole workout!

    I am counting the days almost everyday to see how far I got.
    Just completed level 3 day one this evening....pretty tough but I am aiming to finish it all.

    Have just done day 10 of Level 2 today.

    I have found some of the moves really hard on my wrists and knees so have swapped them for the low impact stuff from level one.

    Have been using 3kg hand weights and notice a real difference in my shoulders and upper arms - they look quite ripped! Beginning to see a change in my thighs and the merest hint of definition in my abs.

    Wow - I cannot presently imagine lifting anything heavier than 1kg....but in the future maybe :wink:

    My workload will increase significantly in the next two months. Hope I will still find and make the time to do the workouts.
