Hi everyone - just completed day 17. How is everyone else getting on?
I am thinking of doing another one of Jillian's workouts after this.....any suggestions?
I need to work on my abs and lower body.

    Have done Day 7 of Level 2 - I am finding this level harder on the wrists and knees than level one but have noticed my arms and shoulders are looking very toned!

    I started off doing the 30DS on Youtube but have since purchased the JM boxed set of 5 DVDs. :)

    I am doing the workouts following the videos on you tube. Can't believe I have followed this workout 18 days in a row - it is really not me and it will be a big achievement if I complete the whole 30 days. Am planning a one day break and getting into another JM workout...not sure which yet.

    Just noticed that we have the same weight loss goals :):)
