It's all about balance. Eat what you want for a couple of meals. There are probably things there that you wont get anywhere else. Try to get the salad or grilled fish at least one meal a day. Not quite that tall, but I am 6' 3". I have my current goal set for 210. I was at 195-210 for some time and this seemed to be the range for me. Less then 195 and I was too skinny, especially for my height.

Agreed. I am at this point. I first went to a couple 2nd hand stores (Savers, Goodwill, etc). I then checked out the clearance racks. Moderation and Planning ahead. This time of year there are lots of celebrations and parties, which equals food. Try to enjoy it in moderation and plan for it with extra exercise or being more diligent with your other foods. Keep in mind it is all about finding a balance.

Out of Sight, Out of Mind. If I am going to splurge, I buy a small serving of it and it is a one time thing. Fun Size candy bar, 1 service size of Chips, etc.
