Thanks for your thoughts everyone! I think I will stay away from all artificial sweeteners altogether, including Stevia...for a month at least and see if some of my symptoms go away.

That's why I have the Hyundai Veloster. It takes me about an hour to drive to work. It's a stick and is fun to drive.

The 1200 calorie diet is a good start. Once you get comfortable with it and start making friends here and find out more about what you should and shouldn't be doing, you can start to tailor your own diet. This is the way I did it. You have to start somewhere.

Yes. Every morning. Doing it keeps me on track. If I'm up one day, I know that I wasn't good the day or two before, so I should watch what I eat that day to keep myself in check. :drinker:

*cough* crap *cough* My brain cells are still alive and functioning after 30 years of constant 'Diet Coke Abuse' and I in no way crave carbs. I actually have a glass INSTEAD of eating something. :tongue:
