After trying many variations of low fat breakfasts with rolled oats, I am starting to think that I should go out and buy a box of Cream of Wheat. Which do you prefer?

Is Stevia better?
In my quest to quit most artificial sweeteners but still stay low in calories, I have come across Stevia. What are your thoughts? Is Stevia a better alternative or just the same?

Sweetener-free Water Enhancers
After over 30 years I have finally decided that for the next month I will not have any Diet Coke or anything with an artificial sweetener. I tend to drink only diet drinks and want to stay low in the calorie threshold. That said, I hate coffee & tea and water. So I am now trying to enhance water. Any low calorie ideas?

Airplane Snacks - Any Suggestions?
I'm going to Las Vegas in a couple of days and I plan on bringing a couple of sample packages of PB2 and crackers onto the plane instead of eating their high cost/high caloric offerings. Anyone have any other suggestions? What would you bring?

Airplane Food - No Thanks!!
The food offered on planes is basically all high caloric, so I was planning on bringing my own munchies. One thing I would love to bring with me is a couple of sample size packages of PB2. With all of the security issues these days, I was wondering if anyone has any idea if I am allowed to bring this onto the plane?

Breakfast PB2 Sandwich
Just make this for breakfast! Sliced a banana in half, spread 2 tbsp PB2 and 1 tsp jam on bottom half, then placed top half back on! I figured out tthe calories are 185: banana 110 PB2 50 Jam 25 Yummy & filling!!

Okay, so I officially started tracking my steps today towards the 50 miles I'm gonna step this April. Today's count is 2.2 miles (5,176 steps). I'm happy with that. Let's see what tomorrow brings. :happy:
