i have b4, and when i up-ed my calories for a few days i dropped the weight..

i'm recovering from a surgery, and so this week was my 1st day back in the gym. im extremely sore after taking 7 weeks off, so im thinking about lifting less days, but nothing too hard, so i dont over do it until i can get back into my normal routine.

I hear thats common for women when they lose weight... i wish mine would shrink some =P... me on the other hand, my band got smaller, but the cup actually got a little bigger...

U did ur part. Keeping doing what your doing. If he wants to be a jerk and not eat what u cook for him then he can either cook for himself, or go get his own food.

I dont think i ever really noticed, but its here, so i guess i will have to find out.. Usually i'm really sick, sooo i think i'd b to sick to eat.

switch up work out routine, and zig zag calories... sometimes even just eating more than u usually do can help.

running is good. any cardio is. u should try some strength training as well.. i would google different videos to help u get an idea of how to, so you don't hurt yourself. Also, if your gym offers exercise classes i would recommend taking advantage of them! good luck.

i ususally take a day or 2 off a week for rest, and i have been dropping the weight. your body needs time to rest.

5'4 my heaviest flux between 157-160 my starting weight for my weight loss was 158. my weight as of today is 149. my goal is 135 (for now). I just really hope to slim my stomach and tone up my arms.
