I've been doing a 5day spilt since i started working, but I'm considering switching to a 3 or 4 day spilt... Any input? Which do you prefer, and why? thanks :smile:

I had a personal trainer, and she had me on the loseit! app, but after research i decided to switch to MFP.. Hopefully I continue to have the same results with MFP that i had with LoseIt!
