Mine definitely shows in the face first. I haven't told anyone at work that I'm eating better and working out and a guy came up to me today and said that my face looked slimmer, then the typical question of "are you sick" came up.

I count mine as well. I take 4 different vitamin supplements and put them together as one of "my meals." Then I just enter them in first thing in the morning even though I split some up throughout the day.
