No, but n ow I'm going to check out the videos, I do some Jillina Michaels videos which are a mix of cardio and strength and someone else told me to log it as circuit training, general.

I've been using Metabolic Reset shakes for breakfast. I drink them with milk. I like them but you really need to shake them up. Very good if you are on the go in the morning.

I'm in a similar boat. I have a five year old and a once year old. I never lost the baby weight with the first before I had the second so I have double the work to do! Friend me if you like, I just started here three days ago and really like the community support from other moms. :)

I just did the first episode on the 30 day shred. And as predicted my daughter was all over me. But I worked up a sweat so I'd say it was better than nothing! The 30 day shred is one that my friend said was good! I might buy it thu amazon on instant play and give it a go today! Could be terrible with my one year old climbing on me!

I have a five year old in half day kindergarten and a one year old. I too find work out time really hard to carve out. I have a YMCA membership which includes free child care while you work out but my one year old flips out and they have to come get me mid work out. Hoping she can get past that soon....
