I usually get about 2 large plate fulls, if not more, with an average size squash. But I don't measure my food or track calories so I have NO idea how many grams that is.

I really don't think you would have done enough "damage" to lower your BMR. You could try eating at your TDEE (or eating at maintenance) for a couple of weeks and then slowly decrease your calories to a moderate deficit again.

There could be a number of things that made the scale say you gained a pound this week. It's probably water. True fat loss takes time and patience. Stick with it. Eat your calories. You are not in starvation mode. :)

Definitely heavy lifting and light (or no cardio) and a modest calorie deficit. You usually do not simultaneously burn fat and gain muscle though.
