  • I started Phase 2 on Monday, and I actually love it! It hurts so good ;) Is anyone at about the same place? I could use some JMBR friends for sure!
  • I usually have a cup of Greek yogurt with nuts or crunchy cereal in it. It takes a little more time to eat I guess, but I have never had any trouble with it. I wake up at 5:30, go to the bathroom, make and eat breakfast while watching TWC, and usually start working out at 6:05
  • I'm so glad to hear this from you guys! I got to the halfway point of C25k and barely made it through. I had to pause it for a minute so I could walk a little longer and catch my breath.   • I started on jan. 28th too! I was doing the 7 day Kick-Start your metabolism plan for the first 5 days. But I mis-cooked some food, and didn't like a lot of it, so today is my first day back to just normal healthy eating. But I lost 4 lbs during those 5 days, which is both exciting and a little scary!
  • I listen to music and zone out to focus on the lyrics rather than how long I've been running.
