  • I'm finding that I have to break most of the exercises down :wink: Besides a rest inbetween sets, I tend to loose count. Getting old sucks, on many levels.

  • Did today's stuff... tummy sore from yesterday's workout (not here - my own before I knew of this group)... but it is DONE! :-) Yeah me!
  • Just finishing up 1liter (4 cups)... then gonna make some green tea. Thankfully drinking water is not tooo hard to do, as long as it's not from the faucet! YUCK! Yep, I'm a water snob! It's gotta be bottled/filtered or it don't happen... sigh

  • Just joining, and did my walk this morning with Mrs.Muttly-dog. 3 miles was a bit far on my rehabing knee (torn meniscus), but it was BEAUTIFUL at the river. Still gonna get some strenght moves in today. Thank you for starting this. I know I need a kick to keep the rehab going in a positve direction! I wanna play soccer…
  • I hear ya on NO upper body strength! Try doing them with your legs on a ball, a little easier. Or try with your hands on the couch (or counertop) till you get more strength to move to the floor... ideas! Don't want you to hurt and not want to do it.

  • A few days late, but better then never :wink: I may not be able to do ALL the activities (knee surger 2 months ago) but I will do what I can daily - my best! Glad today was rest day, I did my squats and some push-ups earlier before knowing about this... lunges... uck! But I've gotta do those too... soon... today...
