  • I measured my cereal instead of guessing and made it to the gym for am hour....which I really didn't want to do! Thanks for your post!
  • I put it behind me, get back on track and then wait a week before I weigh in again. I fell off today...ate a whole plate of mall Chinese noodles and chicken. It wasn't even that good! I know I won't be doing it again because it just wasn't worth it. Hang in there.... We are all in this together and it isn't easy!
  • Great Job! I gave up the soda too (well, mostly) and it has helped. You look great and should be proud!
  • I ran into the same problem. My last 3 weeks I haven't moved weight wise, but my measurements are decreasing. HAve you thought about adding strength workouts?
  • Thank you! Just what I needed today!
  • I have has the video for almost a year...my SIL bought it for me....thought today that I would give it a try....I'm in!

  • I am with you! I began losing 10 lbs. the first month and now things are slowing down...just a loss of 0.5 lbs this week ( with no cheating).....however, when I did my measurements I lost another 1/2 inch off my hips and 1 inch off my waist. Also got into a pair of size 8 pants today that I never thought would fit ( from a…
  • I'm with you.....having one of those weeks where I can't stop eating. To make it worse, there is a weight loss challenge at my gym that I am doing. I started MFP @ 5'9" and 187.5. I started the gym challenge at 175 2 weeks ago....this week I weighed in at 176.2.....talk about a let down! Lets get through this…
  • My goal is to run my first 5k in under 30 minutes in May....I can do it on the treadmill but am afraid to see what happens when I get outside. My next goal is to finish a 10k race this summer in an hour....maybe the half marathon will come next year...Good luck and a great goal to have!
  • I never thought of that...what a great idea!
  • I always go with what the machine says, especially if you put your weight in. I just figured out that a great way to burn a ton of calories is to walk on the treadmill at a 7% incline. It burns almost as many calories/hr as running. Good luck!
  • I am at home with my 3 and 5 year old boys. I can relate to gaining weight while at home. I have finally decieded that it is time to put myself first once and a while and get back to the gym. I am commiting myself to exercising 5 times per week....I try to do 7 but it is sometimes hard. I feel so much better already and…
  • Try walking 2 minutes and then running 6. I have been doing this and like it. Then when that gets easy walk 1 run 7.
