I put it behind me, get back on track and then wait a week before I weigh in again. I fell off today...ate a whole plate of mall Chinese noodles and chicken. It wasn't even that good! I know I won't be doing it again because it just wasn't worth it. Hang in there.... We are all in this together and it isn't easy!

My goal is to run my first 5k in under 30 minutes in May....I can do it on the treadmill but am afraid to see what happens when I get outside. My next goal is to finish a 10k race this summer in an hour....maybe the half marathon will come next year...Good luck and a great goal to have!

I never thought of that...what a great idea!

I always go with what the machine says, especially if you put your weight in. I just figured out that a great way to burn a ton of calories is to walk on the treadmill at a 7% incline. It burns almost as many calories/hr as running. Good luck!

I am at home with my 3 and 5 year old boys. I can relate to gaining weight while at home. I have finally decieded that it is time to put myself first once and a while and get back to the gym. I am commiting myself to exercising 5 times per week....I try to do 7 but it is sometimes hard. I feel so much better already and…

Try walking 2 minutes and then running 6. I have been doing this and like it. Then when that gets easy walk 1 run 7.
