Hitting a plateau
Hi, anyone have some advice out there? I started using MFP on January 1st at 5'9' and 187 lbs. I have since come down to 170, but have been stuck here for almost 3 weeks. My mini goal is 20 lbs by MArch 15th and I don't feel like I am going to make it. I just added strength training to my workouts last week to see if that…
