Hi, anyone have some advice out there? I started using MFP on January 1st at 5'9' and 187 lbs. I have since come down to 170, but have been stuck here for almost 3 weeks. My mini goal is 20 lbs by MArch 15th and I don't feel like I am going to make it. I just added strength training to my workouts last week to see if that would help. I have committed to at least an hour a day at the gym and have stuck to it. Yesterday was an hour on the elipitical and then 25 minutes of c25k. I have noticed that I tend to eat a lot of my calories at dinner (but nothing after). I have only once ever gone over my calories (last Friday I had a poor me day) and other than that tned to eat almost all of them. Any suggestions? Thanks for your help!

I've had a few weeks like this, then last week I lost 3, Just stick with it, make sure you're eating your goal calories, and pushing hard with the cardio (aiming for a decent heart rate). and drink plenty of water, It'll come off at some point.
And enter the calories burned the machine states not what this site states, it over estimates massively.

Sometimes people can be surprised to learn that not enough calories/not enough fat in a diet can actually stop weight loss. I don't know if this is what's going on in your case but it is something to think about.
