I buy alot of "healthy" sweets (Special K, Kashi, 100 calorie packs, etc.) Also, try a glass of Dark Chocolate Almond Milk ... oh so good and filling at the same time!

I completely agree with doing Yoga! I tend to get a lot of back pain & also have sciatica. On the days when its really acting up yoga is the only thing that can save me!

I have always heard and have always drank them after a workout. It's pretty important to get some sort of protein in your system not too long after you workout ... so even some lean meat like chicken is always good too.
