Switch your grip. or use a mixed grip, one palm facing towards you, the other facing the opposite direction. I find that helpful. Ive been drinking this all week! 1 cup milk 1 scoop protein powder 1tsp peanut butter 1/4 cup canned pumpkin puree 1/4 cup no sugar added applesauce 1 handful spinach leaves Mine came to 326 calories and I drink it in the morning while Im getting ready. mmmmm Its soo creamy, smooth and frothy!!

I go maybe once every 2-3 days. My BF thinks that is abnormal because he goes 2-3 time per day. Agreed! I regularly consume aspartame and never have any problems with it. I drink it in my coffee and when I have a diet DP. But like this guy said it depends on you and unless you are eating a bucket of the stuff I wouldnt worry.

I have a Polar FT7. It normally works while swimming but this last time it keps saying check transmitter. blah! so I had to use MFP's calcs for that swim. Then I boycotted it for a few days. It never failed me before so Im hoping thats a fluke and it will work again not only on my swim, but my other workouts too.

almost done with my second round of stage 7. Been switching off the second round with the Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred exercises.
