Anyone else have an insatiable appetite?
I feel like no matter how much I eat I am always hungry. Anyone else have that problem? I am trying to lose these last 8-10lbs but my body doesn’t want to function on 1500 cals a day. Anyone have hearty and healthy meal ideas?
Ive decided to throw out the whole eat 300-400 cals per meal with small snacks throughout the day idea. I am constantly hungry and its annoying so Im going to eat between 500-700 cals per meal and hopefully no more than 2 snacks a day, and hope I stay full longer and within my calories limit (Im shooting for 1900 a day).…

When do you drink your protien shake?
Do you drink it after every workout or only on days you lift? I’m currently doing lifting three days a week and cardio twice a week. How do you freshen up after a workout?
Ok, so I dont have time to shower and get all dolled up after my workout. I go on my lunch break, do a quick freshen up with deodorant, spray, a little makeup touch up, change and go on my way. How do you freshen up when you dont have time? Just looking for some tips. Thanks!

spoons versus measuring spoons
So alot of the times I use a regular spoon to meaure out portions. Would you consider a larger spoon to be 1tbsp and the smaller one to be 1tsp. Do others do that too?

So we are accountable on here but how accountable?? For example, I went to Chipotle today (mmmm) was good and got the salad without all the yummy fixings but did have two bites of my boyfriends burrito. Now do I track that? If so how? Would you?? Just curious.

Tracking even when eating bad??
So I binged last night and still felt the need to track, I think you can see it on my diary. I ended up eating 3200 calories for the day!!! Pretty sad and pathetic actually. Anyone else feel the need to torture themselves???
