Does anyone know where I can get a body combat class on DVD? I had to quit the gym but want to continue the workouts at home!

    Try to youtube it??

I don't think I've ever seen them for sale. I love Body Combat!

I would say you tube, or get a similar type workout on DVD. I am training to become a Body Combat instructor, and that is the only way I was able to get my hands on one! Les Mills has a strict copywrite policy on their videos and have specified that they are not for sale. Such a bummer, hope you get back to the gym and to your classes soon!

Unfortunately you can't puchase the DVDs--they are instructor-only training tools.

True, there are similar workouts out there, but the actual Body Combat DVDs are for instructors only.

However, if you know anyone who is willing to be naughty, they are available on the Web for download from foreign "YouTube-style" sites or on torrents. Not that I endorse that kind of thing in any way, of course.
