Weight machines. you will build muscle and thus burn more calories. or invest in a couple of heavy dumbbells and lift them at home. there are websites with lots of great exercise videos on how to lift at home. You could do it during commercials. Where there is a will there is a way. Good luck to you!

Mine cut back with decrease in my fat intake, and if I go too much over my fat allowance for the day, I'm paying for it for 2-3 days with heartburn. I also gave up diet soda for water.
