somewhat . everyone keep telling me I am getting too small. Huh... I weigh 210 17 percent fat now 210 9 percent fat. Its crazy i am bigger but smaller. I have to almost take my shirt off to say look this is the difference . Stick with it but switch it up if you notice no change.

I alternate the carbs....and keep the calories the same. Non workout day 50, workout day 200 ..... No carbs after 12 for me

that's not too bad at all. It really depends when you are getting those carbs. I digest about 50 after a gym workout and only 15 after cardio. I try to do all my carbs or most of them by 2pm..... This way you will hopefully burn them off by night. I lost 5 pounds just by changing when I took in carbs..... On a workout day…

I have both. I did p90x for a week. I am sure it works, but one needs tooooooooo many props. IMO it pushes you to the limit and above. With that being said I have been doing Insanity for 2 week. Hands down best for me. 40 min a day, not impossible moves, and all you need is some water and a towel. Insanity makes one sweat…

welcome back.... After about a month you will know the values by hard. I still stick to it. I found myself falling short on cals. Which can be bad also.
